Made of rubber, these discs are perfect for intensive training. They come in 0.5, 1,1.5, 2 and 2.5 kg, and are perfect for increasing weight in small increments. The bumpers are compatible with 50mm bars. The discs are sold by the piece.
WHAT EXERCISES?
With the bumper discs, you can work the whole body. Work the lower body with squats, or develop the upper body with the bench press. For a full-body workout, we recommend deadlifts or the clean & jerk.
