From 30 watts for moderate training, to 400 watts for the most demanding. FLY RX offers you a personalized training program tailored to your performance level. Above all, you have the option of training with a low wattage resistance: ideal for people with sports-related injuries or those of advanced age. In this case, 30 watts is the perfect resistance! The resistance can also be increased to 400 watts for a very intensive workout that really gets you going.

Check your performance! Computer with recovery test fitness

The recovery program displays your individual fitness score after each workout. Simply measure your pulse after the workout and, after a few moments, you'll receive your score from 1 to 6. A sort of challenge to control and improve yourself little by little.

The touch-screen console is equipped with 21 programs to vary your workouts.

The heart of FLY RX is the touch-screen console with 21 training programs. Choose from 12 uphill and downhill programs, and off you go! You can, of course, create your own routes for even more personalized training. Thanks to the touchscreen, programs are particularly quick and easy to select. Four users can save their data in the computer, so you don't have to enter your data (age, weight, etc.) for every new session.

The 4 cardio programs complete the health aspect of the elliptical. By setting the upper limit of your heart rate, you always train within the safety zone. A beep sounds when you reach your upper heart rate limit, and resistance is adjusted accordingly. It's that simple!

The adjustable leg spacing of FLY RX is a significant asset and a top-of-the-range feature. In a multi-person household, adjustable legroom is particularly useful, as people of different heights can easily adjust the legroom.

Another advantage of legroom adjustment is the simulation of different staircase styles. For a leg spacing court, the movement is similar to that of a stepper, which met l'accent focuses on gluteal training.
