Ideal for cross-training classes, the suspension rings allow you to perform multiple exercises such as pull-ups, muscle-upsup or dips. Made from birch wood, the rings offer a naturally grippy surface. They can be fi xed on different supports such as beams, trees or cross-training cages, and the length of the straps can be easily adjusted. Sold in pairs.
