Description
Cast iron discs with a rubber coating, the Pump diamant discs can be used alone or with the Pump kit (ref. 4471). Their non-agonal shape makes them easier and more comfortable to use, especially on the ground where there is no risk of the discs rolling. They are easily transportable thanks to their handles and are reserved for beginners, as well as for experienced athletes. They are suitable for bars with a diameter of 30mm. The pump kits are available in color or gray, and weigh 19 kg.

Pump exercises work the whole body: squat to work the lower body, bench press for the pectoral part, flexions for the arms, shoulder throws for the back ... the whole body is solicited thanks to the different exercises that can be done with the discs and pump kit.
