Bivouac for 2 people

Anyone who treks through the mountains on foot, skis or climbs with ambition must be ready for tough situations. We designed the Mountain Bivy as a reliable emergency shelter for two people in partnership with the German Alpine Club DAV. The lightweight bivvy bag for two people easily fits into the hollow of an avalanche shovel stored in your backpack due to its compact size similar to an A4 sheet. It withstands wind and bad weather at the summit or serves as a shelter in case of a sudden change in weather; its zip on the top acts as a viewing window and ventilation. Its tension loops also allow it to be used as a shelter under a tarp. In emergencies, it protects injured individuals from hypothermia and can serve as an improvised stretcher. The waterproof and non-breathable material is chosen for stability and weight, and is additionally equipped with a water-repellent and dirt-resistant Eco Finish without PFC.
