The Grip&Cushion III yoga mat, award-winning, offers excellent cushioning thanks to its dense natural rubber base, ensuring superior stability and protecting your joints during your favourite poses. Additionally, the mat gradually absorbs water or sweat, providing the best possible grip and a non-slip surface. Designed for all types of yoga, especially active forms like hatha, ashtanga and vinyasa, the mat is equipped with laser-cut lines to guide positioning and extended measurements for extra space. The mat can also be used for hot yoga; however, we always recommend using a towel to extend the life of your mat. As the mat is absorbent, it will slip over time.
