Perform pull-ups and dips for the first time or do more reps with the Superband PTP. Whatever your fitness level, the Superband will help you lift your own body weight and improve upper body strength. Superbands are also suitable for standard pre- and post-workout stretching, or agility exercises by running against resistance.
Lighter levels of assistance (green and red): For people who can already do pull-ups and dips but want to perform more reps. Can also be used for functional fitness and agility training.
Medium assistance levels (blue and black): offer more assistance for people who can't do many pull-ups and dips. Increased resistance improves functional fitness and agility.
