The PTP AQUACORE™ will allow you to train your whole body thanks to the instability of water flow. As you perform the exercises, the continuous flow of water inside the water bag will challenge your balance, forcing you to engage your abdominal muscles to maintain control of the bag. This form of training activates your small stabilizing muscles while performing all the athletic movements.

TheAQUACORE™ is equipped with horizontal and vertical handles to allow both types of grip for all exercises and movements. Compact and lightweight, the PTP AQUACORE™ is made of PVC transparent. This allows you to clearly see the water capacity and weight using the chart printed on the side of the bag.
