AIREX® Balance-pad Elite The AIREX® Balance-pad Elite is an upgrade from the tried-and-true balance mats. It features a unique non-slip texture, reminiscent of a waffle, on its top and bottom surfaces, providing pleasant stimulation to the receptors on the soles of the feet during barefoot balance training. At a thickness of 6 cm, the AIREX® Balance-pad Elite offers the desired destabilising properties. The flexible foam constantly challenges the body to maintain balance, stabilising the joints. Exercises on the Balance-pad Elite engage deeper muscles compared to exercises performed without a balance mat.
