The Renegade Air Ski ASKI150 strengthens the upper body, abdominal, back and leg muscles necessary for skiing. Because the fitness machine works with a pneumatic and magnetic resistance system, the movements are very fluid. This makes training more fun and reduces the risk of injury.
The Air Ski ASKI150, with its 18 kg, is a very robust training device. This machine is based on a very strong elastic rope system, which only requires 8 kg to move up and down. The sturdy carriage system with 3 different height positions and a swivel function, Nordic skiing is no longer the only exercise. To adjust the height, lift the ASKI150 slightly to remove the locking pin and place it at the desired height.
The ASKI150 Air Ski can be used to train while kneeling or sitting in front of the unit. This makes the unit ideal for athletes with physical limitations. You control the resistance of the workout yourself: by pulling harder, you accelerate the flywheel and increase the resistance. The different resistance levels (1-14) allow you to simulate a practical workout under any conditions.
The ASKI150 has several training programs, allowing you to train in a varied and targeted manner. The "quick release" handle allows you to quickly switch from one training program to another. In addition, the large blue backlit LCD display makes it easy to read while training. The Renegade Air Ski ASKI150 is self-powered, so there is no need for electrical cables.
