Examples of exercises with the training bar:
Bridge: Hold the flexible exercise bar Thera-Band® in front of your body with both hands. Your elbows are bent and close to your body. Now, slowly bend the exercise bar into a bridge shape and press your elbows against your body.
U-Exercise: Again, hold the flexible exercise bar Thera-Band® in front of your body with both hands. This time, with the back of your hands facing down. Your elbows are bent and close to your body. Now, slowly bend the exercise bar into a "U" shape and lift your elbows slightly away from your body.
Vertical Rotation: Standing up, hold the flexible exercise bar Thera-Band® vertically in front of your body with both hands. Your elbows are turned outwards. Hold the exercise bar firmly and rotate your hands in opposite directions.
Horizontal Rotation: Standing up, hold the flexible exercise bar Thera-Band® horizontally in front of your body with both hands. Your elbows are turned outwards. Hold the exercise bar firmly and rotate your hands in opposite directions.
Foot Massage: Place the flexible exercise bar on the floor and roll it back and forth with your foot. Depending on your preference, you can apply more or less pressure on the bar to intensify the massage.
