The Olympic Rack is a multi-position bench designed to offer versatility in semi-professional strength training. The Olympic Rack can be adjusted to perform exercises on a horizontal, inclined or declined bench. The bars are adjustable and include two J-hooks for placing an Olympic bar, as well as two safety brackets that transform the G510 into a small squat cage. Two accessories can be added to transform the G510 into a multifunctional bench for workingautres muscle groups (bicep curls + leg extension or butterfly).
