Boxpt Set of jerk blocks

The Throwing Pads - Wood are designed with a double wall and strategically aligned inserts for safe stacking. With 4 conjugate platforms, they serve to regulate the formation at different heights. All block edges are rounded for maximum safety. They are used more often to train with the bar and Olympic discs to improve all overhead movements, without having to store the bar in the J-Cups Hooks of a Rack, at each repetition. It can also be used for Olympic movements, partial deadlift, climbing or box jump.
