Description
The Adjustable Kettlebell from PowerBlock® is a selective cast iron kettlebell offering 4 different weight increments from 8 kg to 16 kg in one unit. The PowerBlock® adjustable kettlebell replaces 4 individual kettlebells or 46 kg of free weights while occupying the space of a single kettlebell.
The PowerBlock® adjustable kettlebell has a base weight of 8 kg for the handle and shell. Under the shell is a stack of three weighted base blocks weighing 2, 2 and 4 kg, in order from top to bottom. By changing the position of the magnetized selector pin on the side of the kettlebell, the base blocks engage and lock from the top of the stack down, increasing the total weight of the kettlebell to be used during exercise.
Unused base blocks are left in their storage position oforigine on a flat surface. This allows you to create additional functional weight increments of 10 kg, 12 kg and 16 kg. All the exercises you can do with a traditional kettlebell can be done with this space-saving rapide selective kettlebell!
