The Towerless Reformer is a simplified version of the classic Pilates reformer, without an additional vertical tower. It consists of a sliding bed equipped with a series of springs and pulleys that provide variable resistance. The user performs a variety of Pilates exercises in lying, sitting or standing positions to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.
