Thanks to its ability to adapt to 30 levels of resistance, the Steelflex Run Rocket can be adapted to all the training requirements of athletes to achieve the best improvements in speed, power and agility. In addition to this, the Run Rocket can be used to resist plyometric jumps and/or long jumps. The addition of wheels makes it a portable system allowing it to be used during indoor and outdoor workouts.
The system includes a disc loading bar to add load to the frame, which provides stability and minimum movement when training high powered athletes. The resistance of the Run Rocket can be changed with an adjustment knob. This resistance is represented digitally on the display for easy repetition of sprints. With a multi-point harness, the Run Rocket allows you to pull at different points to accommodate the variety of movements in each sport. The strap is 33 meters long with an automatic retraction system for easy operation.
An athlete can be attached to several Run Rocket to provide lateral resistance or can be used for concentric rotary movements and a wide range ofautres movements.
