Ignition: Light the unmarked end of the candle and position it vertically in the external ear canal. The candle must be held firmly throughout the treatment. 3. Burning: Once the candle has burned to 1 cm above the safety mark, it should be extinguished in the glass of water. It does not extinguish itself! 4. Aftercare: After treating both ears, remove the condensation residue. 5. Rest period: Rest for about 15-30 minutes. Relaxation music and/or scented essences can positively enhance the resting phase.
